Insightful Conversations
A series of collaborative conversations with other thought leaders who see through a spiritual lens as we travel life’s journey. These conversations are intended to deepen our understanding of ourselves and others. May we have the willingness to be open to change our perspectives as we listen deeply and receive insight. This series will focus on topics ranging from sex, money, business, investing in oneself, motherhood, relationships to family dynamics and more.
Honoring Our Womanhood as a
Whole Self
with Mona Sharma
We will be discussing the importance of healing and gathering together. We will be in conversation about how we honor the body, mind and spirit as a whole. Mona's work is not only to support the body through her expertise in nutrition but to identify what is present in our thoughts and emotions. With this understanding we can use tools and our inner knowing to heal as a whole.
Nature is the Foundation of Stone Medicine
with Savannah King
We will be discussing how nature is our greatest teacher and source of healing. Being in a relationship with nature is being in a relationship with oneself. Whatever the issue, we have the opportunity to surrender and gracefully flow. Savannah has been in my life for over 20 years. We have been on this journey intimately supporting each other through all phases of life.
I am looking forward to you joining this conversation.
Nourishing Your Life
In and Out of the Kitchen
with Jules Blaine Davis
We will be in conversation about what it means to nourish ourselves. We will discuss crossing the threshold of the door frame into the kitchen as we have an opportunity to create a new story. In my personal experience with Jules and her work, I have been able to explore new ways of being with myself day to day through unpacking my old story of being in the kitchen. What I have learned from her continues to serve me and my family in the kitchen especially Wood Board Love!
Life After Birth®
with Molly Nourmand
We will be in conversation about what life can look like after experiencing the transition into motherhood. Regardless of the age of our children, there is opportunity to see our children as mirrors so that we may grow and evolve. We will discuss burn out, feeling overwhelmed and "I can do it ALL!" thinking by offering a safe space to share, receive solutions and shift our thoughts about our situation and experience.
Investing In Oneself
What does it mean to invest in ourselves? We will discuss how we choose to spend our time, energy and money.
